Manage Your Data & Account Deletion
Follow these steps to delete your account or data.
Delete account
Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.
When removed, complete data history and saved interactions are deleted. You can self-delete through Settings in the coobi care app.
- Open the coobi care app and tap Settings (bottom right).
- Tap "Edit Profile".
- Tap "Delete Account" and follow the prompts.
For inaccessible accounts: Submit a delete account request below with the associated email address.
Deleting your account will not resolve login, premium access, or other technical issues.
Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.
Delete data
Data deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.
The system removes complete data history excluding your user profile and saved interactions. You can self-delete through Settings in the coobi care app.
- Open the coobi care app and tap Settings (bottom right).
- Tap "Analytics".
- Tap "Delete existing Data" and follow the prompts.
For inaccessible accounts: Submit a data deletion request below with the account email.
Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.
