Manage Your Data & Account Deletion

Follow these steps to delete your account or data.

Delete account

Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.

When removed, complete data history and saved interactions are deleted. You can self-delete through Settings in the coobi care app.

  1. Open the coobi care app and tap Settings (bottom right).
  2. Tap "Edit Profile".
  3. Tap "Delete Account" and follow the prompts.

For inaccessible accounts: Submit a delete account request below with the associated email address.

Deleting your account will not resolve login, premium access, or other technical issues.

Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.

Delete data

Data deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.

The system removes complete data history excluding your user profile and saved interactions. You can self-delete through Settings in the coobi care app.

  1. Open the coobi care app and tap Settings (bottom right).
  2. Tap "Analytics".
  3. Tap "Delete existing Data" and follow the prompts.

For inaccessible accounts: Submit a data deletion request below with the account email.

Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.

If you cannot access the app, fill in the form below. It opens an email to our team prefilled with your request.

Request type

If applicable, you can find your alias below your username in the settings.

We'll use this to contact you and confirm that you own the account.
